As a Client Solutions Manager partnering with an Account Executive you will leverage your knowledge of our platform and solutions, superior communication and relationship‑building skills and analytical abilities to provide consultative solutions to help shape and grow your book of business. To achieve this you will drive your client’s marketing experience by providing best‑in‑class client service, research and market analysis. While providing campaign intelligence and ongoing campaign strategy consultation including identifying areas where LinkedIn can provide more value to our clients through current campaign expansion and leveraging data and analytics to build a case for upsell opportunities.

How successful you are will be measured by your ability to build, cultivate and develop long‑term relationships with your client and deliver them real value. Working in a diverse environment and with a multicultural team you are a nimble team player who is comfortable managing multiple client campaigns and projects concurrently.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with LinkedIn Marketing Solutions customers by providing best‑in‑class consultative solutions that meet their marketing and business needs.
  • Proactively analyse and optimise your customers’ advertising campaigns and marketing programs to make strategic and tactical recommendations to meet long‑term business goals and improve immediate advertising performance.
  • Working closely with your Account Director you will consult and advise on all aspects of your clients’ media campaigns including targeting, implementation, optimisation and reporting.
  • Advise on creative and content quality and development leveraging marketing expertise to maximise performance and delivery. Support your customers’ communication and ongoing education including a best‑in‑class onboarding experience and ad‑hoc education needs.
  • Work effectively with various cross‑functional partners in product, product marketing, insights, content marketing, technical support and others to ensure customer success.
  • Create and manage a tiered service approach for your clients to deliver growth in your book.
  • Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall vertical and team goals.
  • Travel may be required up to 20%.
Qualifications
  • Basic Qualifications: 5 years of experience in client‑facing roles with internal or external stakeholder management experience.
  • 5 years of work experience in digital media sales account management or a closely related function.
  • Business fluency in German & English.

  • Business and financial acumen to be able to translate marketing activities to business results.
  • Experience of thriving in a result‑driven environment.
  • Ability to translate analytics and present them as insights and recommendations in a client‑facing setting to drive their marketing and commercial success.
  • Experience of onboarding new clients to a self‑service platform.
  • Experience managing a broad range of advertising budgets and campaigns.
  • Demonstrated analytical background and experience with statistical analysis, return on investment modelling and advertising/media analytics.
  • Ability to think strategically with a proven track record of providing consultative and data‑driven solutions.
  • Ability to drive results and collaborate with major customers, creating relationships across many levels of a client.
  • Ability to influence, develop and empower colleagues and team members to achieve shared goals with a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate cross‑functionally.
  • Understanding/passion for internet advertising technology and marketing automation.
