We are currently under mandate by one of Germany's top insurers to place a Senior Pricing Actuary within their international P&C Department.

This strategic role, you will lead pricing initiatives, develop innovative actuarial models, and provide expert guidance to support underwriting and product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain pricing models for Property, Liability, and Accident insurance products
• Analyze portfolio performance and identify profitability drivers
• Collaborate with underwriting, product, and data science teams to optimize pricing strategies
• Lead actuarial input for product development and market expansion initiatives
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance in pricing methodologies
• Mentor junior actuaries and contribute to actuarial best practices

Your Profile

• University degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Fully qualified actuary (e.g., DAV, IFoA, or equivalent) or currently enrolled
• Minimum 3 years of experience in P&C pricing, ideally with a focus on Liability and Accident lines
• Strong proficiency in actuarial software (e.g., Emblem, Radar, R, Python)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
