As a Senior Account Manager T&L (m / f / d) here at Honeywell you will play a crucial role in driving the companys success. Your expertise in managing key accounts and building strong relationships will enable you to effectively meet customer needs and exceed their expectations. By identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions you will contribute to revenue growth customer satisfaction and the overall success of the company.

You will report directly to the Sales and Managing Director DACH and this is a remote position.

In this role your impact on the company will be significant. By effectively managing and growing key accounts you will drive revenue growth and contribute to the companys overall financial success. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers identify new business opportunities and deliver tailored solutions will enhance customer satisfaction strengthen the companys market position and drive long‑term business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive growth through a dual focus on harvesting existing strategic accounts and proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities across the DACH territory (approx. 50 / 50 split)
  • Bring deep understanding of the Transportation & Logistics sector with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in T&L including a proven track record in selling (hardware) solutions into enterprise accounts.
  • Conduct consultative high‑level technical and commercial discussions with C‑Level senior stakeholders positioning hardware‑centric solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Develop and execute detailed account plans including opportunity mapping stakeholder engagement and growth strategies and accurately provide forecast
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally across Honeywell (x‑HON) to unlock synergies and expand the PSS footprint in new and existing accounts.
  • Travel min 50% within the region to maintain strong client engagement and support business development activities.
  • Maintain a client‑first approach spending 70% of time in customer‑facing activities while ensuring internal reporting and planning requirements are met.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent in German (native level) and Business English; strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales with a proven track record of managing key accounts driving revenue growth within the T&L DACH Sector and achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities as well as strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
