Responsibilities

We’re seeking an experienced SEA Manager (all genders) to join our Performance Marketing team. In this role, you’ll drive demand and adoption for our entire product range across relevant PPC advertising platforms. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Develop strategies, oversee and execute initiatives to increase paid media traffic & performance for Global Program
  • Ownership of structure, tactical direction, optimization, budget pacing, and efficient lead production of SEA Campaigns
  • Research and communicate competitive landscape of specific products in the paid media market using 3rd party tools such as SEMrush, Google Keyword Tool, and Google Trends
  • Run A / B test experiments text / visual ads to produce the best conversion rates experience for clients and increase conversion rates.Collaborate with content & creative team for ads and landing page creation
  • Combining strategic vision with technical expertise in tracking and measurement tools
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to align product communication and presentation
  • Manage the external SEA agencies that support the company in the SEM sector and work closely with the global SEM and marketing team
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience managing high-volume search and display advertising campaigns (preferably in B2B SaaS or agency / platform settings)
  • Degree in Marketing, Media, Communication Management, or related fields (relevant professional experience also considered)
  • Mandatory experience with Google search; familiarity with Yahoo, Bing, Yandex, Baidu, or Naver is desirable
  • Understanding of Tracking, UTM, Attribution & Adobe analytics
  • Possess strong analytical skills and industry presence, as well as innate curiosity and aptitude
  • Fluency in English, additional languages, such as German, are a plus
  • Hands-on mentality, ability to multitask, and work independently
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for challenges
