KUKA offers school students ideal conditions for an exciting start to their professional life. Whether as an intern, an apprentice, or a dual student – we will ensure you have a trainer to coach you and that you are involved in ongoing projects right from the beginning.

As an international company, it is important for us that our apprentices take a broad view. In the highly modern training center at Augsburg, we ensure you learn about all the specific technical issues. We also offer a wide range of training opportunities and courses on general topics.

Working in a team is a top priority at KUKA. New colleagues are immediately integrated into the KUKA community. Males and females are treated equally in all respects – regardless of the career path or training chosen.

Prerequisites for joining us

You do not need to be a straight-A student or a class representative to secure an apprenticeship at KUKA. What matters most is that you approach new tasks with enthusiasm. If you can support this with a genuine interest in robotics from hobbies or general technology knowledge, you are well suited for an apprenticeship or dual study course at KUKA.
