Energize Group is seeking an Inhouse SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to drive Compensation & Variable Pay implementations and harmonise HR processes across countries. You will work with local HR teams and international project groups to tailor SAP SuccessFactors to regional needs and ensure smooth go-lives.

The role requires hands-on experience with SAP SF Compensation & Variable Pay, SAP HCM knowledge, and strong German and English language skills in an international setting.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT or comparable qualification.
• Hands-on experience implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM and Employee Central is advantageous.
• Experience with additional SuccessFactors or SAP modules would be beneficial.
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented approach with a strong hands-on mentality.
• Ability to quickly understand new topics in an international project environment.
• Excellent German (C1) and English (C1) skills.

• Coordinate the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay across selected business units.
• Analyse local requirements and translate them into global design.
• Configure the Compensation & Variable Pay module and document settings and processes.
• Create functional specs, test plans and training materials.
• Collaborate with local HR, international teams and external SuccessFactors specialists.
• Support workshops, testing, training and go-live activities.
• Contribute to ongoing digitalisation and harmonisation of HR and talent management processes.
• Identify opportunities to optimise and further develop SuccessFactors solutions.

Join an international organisation undergoing a major HR digital transformation. As an Inhouse SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and developing Compensation & Variable Pay, helping to establish efficient, transparent and standardised compensation processes across multiple countries.

Tasks

• Coordinate the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay, initially supporting the rollout across selected business units.
• Analyse local business requirements and translate them into solutions aligned with the global SuccessFactors design.
• Configure the Compensation & Variable Pay module and document system settings and processes.
• Create functional specifications, test plans and training materials.
• Work closely with local HR teams, international project teams and external SuccessFactors specialists.
• Support workshops, testing, training and go-live activities.
• Contribute your expertise to the ongoing digitalisation and harmonisation of HR and talent management processes.
• Help identify opportunities to optimise and further develop SuccessFactors solutions.

Profile
