Zusammenfassung

Heraeus Consulting & IT Solutions GmbH, HRdirekt in Germany is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to configure modules with a focus on Employee Central, Performance Management, and Compensation. You will translate HR requirements into scalable SF solutions and collaborate with HR and IT to optimize end-to-end processes.

You will design and maintain business rules, support data migration, and ensure data protection while driving continuous improvements in the SAP SuccessFactors landscape.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, IS, or related field.
• Proven SAP SuccessFactors consultant with hands-on configuration and HR process knowledge.
• Deep knowledge of Employee Central, Learning, Onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of Business Rule creation and RBAC.
• Experience with Data Protection and Data Retention Management.
• Familiarity with People Analytics, Recruiting, and Succession; OpenText document management.
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications desirable.
• Experience with Employee Central Payroll or Time Tracking is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Advise stakeholders on best practices and innovations within the SAP SuccessFactors landscape.
• Stay up to date with SAP SuccessFactors innovations and proactively recommend continuous improvements.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with hands‑on configuration expertise and HR processes knowledge
• Deep understanding of Employee Central, Learning, Onboarding
• Strong knowledge of Business Rule creation and Role Based Permissions
• Experience with Data Protection and Data Retention Management
• Familiarity with People Analytics, Recruiting, and Succession modules is a plus Document Management systems like Open Text
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable
• Experience with Employee Central Payroll or Time Tracking is a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
