projekt0708 GmbH is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to contribute to compensation and performance/goals projects. You will collaborate with Lead and Principal Consultants and gain mentoring while delivering client value.

What you bring to the table

• Initial relevant experience in an HR environment, ideally related to Compensation, Rewards, Performance Management, Goal Setting, or HR Controlling
• Alternatively, several years of practical HR experience (e.g., as an HR Business Partner, in HR Operations, Payroll-related, or Controlling-related roles) combined with an interest in consulting
• Strong analytical skills and an affinity for data-driven and fact-based topics
• Interest in understanding SAP SuccessFactors from a functional perspective and developing expertise in the system
• Initial exposure to or experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• A structured and reliable working style, with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility
• Fluent German language skills and good English language skills
