Next Ventures is seeking a (Senior) Consultant or Manager for SAP SuccessFactors in Munich. You will advise, implement, and optimise HR-IT landscapes for diverse clients, leading projects or sub-projects or driving end-to-end implementations with a client-centric approach.

The role demands hands-on SF expertise, module certifications, and strong German and English communication. The position offers hybrid work with flexibility and opportunities for growth within a collaborative, flat-hierarchy

Qualifikationen

• 2–6+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (depending on level).
• Certification in one or more modules, ideally Employee Central.
• Solid understanding of HR business processes and digital HR strategies.
• Proven project management or leadership experience within consulting or enterprise environments (for Manager level).
• Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• Excellent communication skills with both clients and internal teams.
• Highly motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently.
• Fluent German and strong English skills required.

• Conduct and moderate customer workshops and training sessions.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants, fostering professional growth within the team.
• Drive internal initiatives and innovation to strengthen the company’s HR technology practice.
• Provide ongoing client support post-go-live, ensuring continuous improvement with the latest HR trends and functionalities.

Your Role

As a (Senior) Consultant or Manager SAP SuccessFactors, you will play a key role in advising, implementing, and optimising HR-IT landscapes for clients.
Depending on your experience, you will either take ownership of projects and sub-projects or lead end-to-end implementations, guiding both clients and colleagues in shaping the future of digital HR management.
