Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP BW/4 Lead Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in SAP BW/4HANA to deliver high‑quality solutions, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and providing strategic insights to optimize data management and analytics processes for our clients.

• Work closely with business on strategic solutions and enhance SAP functionality
• Build and maintain relationships with business users to understand and validate business requirements
• Perform detailed analysis of business process requirements and deliver technical solutions
• Implement and review technical solutions in BW/4 and other legacy systems
• Design Calculation Views (SAP HANA Modeler), BW Modeling (ODS View) and Query design on BW/4
• Collaborate with stakeholders on various projects and manage smaller/medium projects

Qualifications

• University degree preferably in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Management, Business Analysis or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BW/4HANA
• Good understanding of data warehouse concepts
• Good knowledge & experience in BW/4HANA Modelling and Eclipse
• Willingness to work in a Project Consulting environment
• Ability to work independently on projects but also as a team player due to system landscape heterogeneity
• Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to deliver results within a competitive timeline
• Excellent soft skills to handle customers’ needs and align with IT standards
• Strong technical and analytical skills to evaluate and realize project requests
• Leadership skills demonstrated in previous projects
• Clear and concise communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
