Your mission
- You will analyze existing Salesforce systems and deduction of best practice recommendations to make Orgs more efficient.
- You are responsible for the preparation and implementation of workshops with new customers, as well as for further training and support after project completion.
- As part of the design & scoping phase, you will take over the scoping of Salesforce projects with subsequent presentation to customers.
- You implement tailored solutions for our customers – from start-ups to scale-ups and medium‑size companies, and take over the quality assurance of ongoing projects.
- You ensure quality assurance for running projects.
- You will facilitate training measures for the internal Salesforce Consulting teams.
- You are continuously involved in further training and certifications in the Salesforce area.
Your profile
- You have completed a degree in a relevant field.
- You have 3+ years of practical experience in building various cloud‑based CRM solutions and experience with Salesforce. (In general, we are also open for other experience levels)
- You are IT affine and have know‑how in software as a service, databases, and CRM systems.
- You are a certified Salesforce Admin. (Other certifications like Sales Consultant, Service Consultant, Marketing Cloud, CPQ are a plus)
- You have excellent analytical skills, problem‑solving skills, and team spirit.
- You are fluent in English. (German is a plus)
