Our Customer Success team is a growing group focused on scaling independent hotels by targeting hoteliers to host their rates and drive bookings on trivago through our paid products. We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join us on a 1-year fixed-term contract. You’ll be the technical backbone that empowers our team to work smarter and faster. You’ll transform how we manage relationships with hoteliers by optimizing our Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud infrastructure, creating seamless workflows, and delivering solutions that directly impact our ability to scale. Your expertise will enable our team to focus on what matters most—building lasting partnerships with hoteliers and driving business growth. How you’ll make an impact:
  • Lead and manage Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project plans, define project scope, and set milestones and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee configuration and customization of Salesforce applications to meet business needs in collaboration with external consultants.
  • Identify opportunities for automation within Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, designing and implementing workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Create and manage project documentation, including reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Perform regular system maintenance, data audits, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide user training and support to ensure optimal utilization of Salesforce features.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates and best practices to continuously improve project outcomes.
What you’ll need to thrive:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Admin.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required; additional Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus.
  • A background in Sales Operations is a strong asset, particularly experience with pipeline management and sales process optimization.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
