Assignment Description

We are hiring someone to support the planning and execution of national and international congresses conferences and trade fairs for our company whose core business is high-quality nutritional supplements. The role includes managing our trade fair booth contributing to sales-related projects and digital marketing activities and coordinating closely with internal teams such as Sales Marketing and Product Management. The position also involves assisting with post-event follow-up and evaluating event performance.

  • Experienced in sales with 23 years in a relevant salesrole
  • Comfortable interacting with customers and representingthe company professionally
  • Willing and able to travel to 812 events per year

What You Will Do
  • Plan organize and execute national and internationalcongresses conferences and trade fairs
  • Manage the companys trade fair booth (approx. 812events per year) including customer consulting and on-site support
  • Collaborate on sales-related projects and digital marketinginitiatives
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams such as salesmarketing and product management
  • Assist with post-event follow-up and evaluate eventsuccess and performance
  • Represent the company professionally at events withinthe field of high-quality nutritional supplements
