Your responsibilities will include
  • Building relationships with new and existing B2B clients
  • Acquiring new clients and maintaining existing client partnerships
  • Representing company at trade fairs and scientific conferences
  • Developing and implementing the sales strategy
  • Identifying potential opportunities which aligns with the companies objectives and goals
  • Organizing and maintaining up‑to‑date internal knowledge about clients and current projects
  • Monitoring market, conducting competitive analysis, providing sales report to management and collaborating with the marketing team
  • Tracking and analyzing sales metrics using quantitative data and preparing and monitoring the sales department budget
Your profile
  • Degree in natural sciences with basic knowledge of biostatistics & data science
  • Several years of successful experience in sales of products / services
  • Good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel
  • Structured and solution‑oriented way of working
  • Ability to work in team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Very good English skills; German is an advantage
