As a Sales Manager - Energy & Climate Solutions on the French Desk, you will drive lead generation, build strategic relationships, and close high-impact deals in France by leveraging a deep understanding of our product portfolio and sales process. You will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering our team and clients to navigate a fast-evolving energy and climate solutions landscape.
This is a full-time, Berlin-based position , available for an immediate start .
Accelerate GO2’s commercial growth in the French market by building a high-value pipeline , closing strategic deals , and strengthening our market position .
Identify and target high-potential clients to rapidly expand GO2 Markets’ footprint in France .
Advise corporates on climate strategies , aligning market needs with GO2’s solutions to secure impactful deals .
Own the full sales cycle —prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing—consistently hitting monthly targets .
Build and nurture strong client relationships through strategic communication and tailored advisory support .
Work cross-functionally with trading , product , and strategy teams to deliver seamless, innovative solutions .
Track market trends , policy developments , and competitor activity to anticipate shifts and drive commercial advantage .
3+ years of sales experience in a utility or corporate environment within green commodities , with a proven ability to drive results .
Fluency in French and English , ensuring clear and effective stakeholder engagement.
Experience in sustainability and environmental solutions , with the ability to simplify complexity and create value.
A commercial mindset , skilled at aligning technical solutions with client priorities to close business.
A self-starter attitude —proactive, curious, and resilient in fast-changing environments.
Strong collaboration and communication skills , contributing to a high-performance team culture .
