The ideal candidate would live near Northern Europe and travel to our Barsbüttel home office every two months for 2-3 days.

Typical pay for this position is 75.000-85.000 EUR annually. The final offer for this position will be based on the unique experience and qualifications of the candidate selected. This position may also be eligible for a bonus not included in the base pay range.

  • You will be responsible for managing, supporting, and developing the B2B countries and customers assigned to you in Europe.
  • You will find new customers and sales approaches to bring our products to our consumers.
  • Together with the sales and marketing team, you will ensure the development and implementation of product launches, channel strategies, and promotions.
  • You will be responsible for volume and sales planning at the customer level.
  • You will conduct market observation to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities for our brands and work on their implementation.
  • You will work closely with the marketing, logistics, finance, e-commerce, and service teams.
Education and/or Experience
  • Our internationally oriented team is looking for reinforcement

  • In-depth experience in supporting B2B specialist retail customers of consumer goods in Europe
  • High focus on customer satisfaction
  • Creative and analytical thinker and problem solver who feels comfortable in a dynamic environment and sets priorities
  • Good ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and derive recommendations for action
  • Good cooperation in an international, diverse team of colleagues, partners, other stakeholders, and subject matter experts
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
