Qualifikationen

  • Native German speaker with excellent English skills (C1 or higher).
  • You need perfect internet connectivity for remote work.
  • Experience in outbound outreach is a plus.

How you can contribute to our shared success

As a Sales Development Representative you are the first point of contact for potential new customers and play a key role in driving our international growth. You identify and qualify leads, build first relationships, and set the stage for successful software opportunities to continiously grow our deal pipeline. Your interactions are primarily through phone calls, video conferences, and digital channels.

  • Lead Qualification: Identify potential customers in international markets and assess their needs.
  • Outbound Outreach: Execute personalized email campaigns, LinkedIn messages, and phone and video cold calls.
  • Inbound Management: Handle incoming inquiries (MQL) and convert them into qualified opportunities.
  • Virtual Meetings: Schedule and conduct discovery calls and video conferences with prospects.
  • CRM Management: Document all activities in our CRM solution and maintain accurate data all over our lead and opportunity pipeline.
