We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join a rapidly expanding global logistics provider, with a focus on cross‑border e‑commerce and last‑mile innovation. In this remote role, you’ll be responsible for developing strategy, generating new business, and maintaining key relationships across your designated European market. The company operates with a core full‑time workforce of over 900 employees, while relying heavily on a large network of 30,000+ external/contract delivery drivers for its extensive delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and boost brand visibility in the European market
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing the deal and ensuring payment
  • Collaborate with internal teams (pricing, operations, etc.) to tailor logistics solutions that meet customer needs
  • Build lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and a customer‑first approach
  • Track performance data, adjust strategies based on insights, and ensure KPIs are consistently met
  • Share key market intelligence and trends to help shape strategic decisions and stay ahead of the competition
  • Work closely with major clients to drive innovation, set performance benchmarks, and strengthen the company’s market position

Requirements
