Your mission

One of the following two :

MEMS RF switch structure design and simulation, or research on high-reliability contact materials, or sacrificial layer process design.

SOI RF switch circuit design, improving harmonic performance while maintaining low insertion loss.

Your areas of expertise

MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent background.

10+ years of experience on SOI RF Switch design, or 5+years of experience on MEMS RF Switch development.

Hands on experience of RF Switch technology development or RF Switch performance improvement.

Should be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team with good communication skills.

Should be able to travel to China.
