The company is seeking an experienced Retention Specialist to help drive customer retention and increase lifetime value through high-impact email and lifecycle marketing strategies.
You’ll be responsible for developing, optimizing, and analyzing email flows, segmentation strategies, and engagement initiatives to boost repeat purchases and customer loyalty. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in email marketing, automation, and data-driven personalization within a performance-oriented eCommerce environment.
3–5 years of experience in email marketing, retention, or lifecycle marketing within DTC, eCommerce, or performance-driven environments.
Experience working with international markets and/or multilingual campaigns.
Proficiency in tools such as Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable, or similar email platforms.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Looker, or BI platforms.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and automation workflows.
Understanding of retention metrics including CLV, churn rate, repeat purchase rate.
Strong copywriting and creative direction skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
A love for food and cooking—culinary experience is a plus.
