Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular visits to vape shops and tobacco retailers to build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers
  • Ensure optimal product visibility and identify key accounts for deeper brand collaboration
  • Monitor regional market trends and consumer preferences, providing insights to HQ
  • Execute in-store promotions to increase product exposure and shelf space
  • Support key retailers in transforming into brand-exclusive outlets
  • Assist in organizing regional vape exhibitions, in-store events and other promotions
Requirements
  • Education: A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, particularly within the vaping industry or a related field
  • Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with store owners and customers. Self-motivated, able to work independently, and manage your region proactively
  • Requirements: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Familiarity with the local vaping market and key industry players
  • Language: Proficiency in German at native level required
