Compass Group Deutschland GmbH sucht am Standort München eine/n Restaurant Operations Manager (m/w/d) zur Übernahme der operativen Gesamtverantwortung. Sie steuern Tagesgeschäft, Gästezufriedenheit und Budgets in einem firmeneigenen Restaurant.

Sie führen das Team, entwickeln Mitarbeitende weiter und gestalten das Gästeerlebnis kontinuierlich durch kreative Impulse. Eine Hands-on-Mentalität sowie flache Hierarchien zeichnen das Umfeld aus.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Gastgewerbe oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Nachweis fundierter operativer Erfahrungen im Hospitality-Sektor.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Budgets, Berichten und Kennzahlen.
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
• Nachweis von Führungserfahrung und Teamführung.
• Positive, teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und Hands-on-Mentalität.

Responsibilities

• Verantwortung für den täglichen Betrieb und die Geschäftsentwicklung des Firmenrestaurants in München.
• Kundeorientierter Service und Sicherstellung hoher Gästezufriedenheit.
• Budgetverwaltung, Monatsberichte und Leistungsanalysen.
• Teamführung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden.
• Kreative Optimierung des Gästeerlebnisses und Standardisierung von Abläufen.
• Sicherstellung von Hygiene-, Lebensmittelsicherheits- und Arbeitsschutzstandards.
