• Relevante Ausbildung/Qualifikation im Eventbereich oder in der Gastronomie.

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten gegenüber Teams, Gästen und Dienstleistern.

Responsabilidades

• Event-Management: Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Events von der Idee bis zur Ausführung.
• Veranstaltungs-Logistik: Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs und präzise Abrechnung.
• Abstimmung mit Catering, Technik, Reinigung, Logistik und Sicherheit für nahtlose Erlebnisse.
• Operative Umsetzung: effiziente Prozesse und klare administrative Abläufe.
• Markenaufbau: Unterstützung bei Maßnahmen, die das Image unserer Kunden stärken.
