Job summary

BYD EUROPE is seeking an Installer Sales Manager for Germany to bridge BYD's residential energy storage solutions with the installer network. You will drive installer loyalty, communicate product specifications and incentives, and support market growth across Germany.

Responsibilities include gathering feedback, monitoring market trends, and maintaining long-term relationships with key installer customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales within the renewable energy, PV, or electrical engineering industries.
• Understanding of battery storage systems, solar PV, or energy management systems (EMS) is preferred.
• Native or business-level fluency in German and English.

• Monitor industry trends and competitor developments within the German energy sector, and report to company regularly.
• Advise installer customers on BYD product specifications, integrated solutions, and available regional financial incentives.
• Relationship management: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key installer customers and strategic partners.
• Coordinate closely with BYD Channel sales, technical support, and product management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Conduct regular on-site visits to installer customers to provide hands-on support and maintain market presence.

• Self-motivated and results-driven with a collaborative team spirit.
• Native or business-level fluency in German and English.
