Segal McCambridge, a nationally recognized litigation firm, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic, nationwide team. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is excited about contributing to talent acquisition and helping the firm continue its growth. The successful candidate will work closely with the firm’s Director of Recruiting and Development on all firm recruiting activities. In addition to talent acquisition, the role will assist with managing associate development programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and screen resumes
  • Source candidates across multiple recruiting platforms
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews firmwide
  • Support recruiting-related projects and initiatives
  • Communicate with firm management, office personnel, law schools, outside recruiters, and candidates
  • Assist with tracking systems and general recruiting operations
  • Participate in interviews as needed
  • Assist with various associate development programs
Qualifications
  • 0–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, communications, or related fields
  • Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant discipline
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to managing tasks
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment or from one of Segal McCambridge’s 20 offices nationwide
