MEININGER Hotel Köln West GmbH in Germany is seeking a Receptionist (f/m/d) to welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out processes, creating a positive first and last impression and helping optimize hotel occupancy. You will respond to guests' inquiries, offer advice on local attractions and services, and handle on-site administrative tasks like invoicing and hour registration.

There may be occasional tasks in F&B and support across shifts.

Qualifikationen

• You have your first working experience in the hotel, or you are passionate about HORECA industries.
• Outgoing personality and enjoy working in a bustling dynamic environment.

• You are a team player, ready to help your colleagues and tackle challenges together.
• You speak German and English fluently (solid A2-B1 level min.), any other languages are an advantage
