Overview

We are looking for aQuality Manager / HACCP Specialist to join our team in Munich.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with Food Safety and HACCP protocols in our kitchen operations.

You will perform daily on-site quality checks, verifying hygiene, recipe compliance, ingredient balance, and allergen management. Beyond compliance, your role is to actively contribute to the continuous improvement of product quality.

Your mission

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily on-site quality checks (hands-on) in Munich

  • Verify compliance with recipes, ingredient balance, HACCP protocols

  • Documentation and evaluation of food safety and hygiene controls

  • Support continuous improvement of product quality

  • Communication with kitchen management and stakeholders

  • Review and maintenance of HACCP documentation

  • Training of staff and support with SOP creation and implementation

  • Close collaboration with site and city management

Your profile

Requirements

  • Degree in Food Technology, Nutritional Science, Quality Management, or similar

  • OR professional chef training with HACCP/hygiene management certification

  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, food law, and documentation practices

  • 2–5 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or professional kitchens

  • German native speaker, fluent in English

  • Hands-on, pragmatic, reliable and structured work style
