Quality Lead Customer Service (F / M / D)

Join our Customer Relations Hub at Porsche Digital as a Quality Lead and help us create a first-class customer experience. We are looking for a passionate professional who can revolutionize Porsche's customer service and be an ambassador for our brand.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate and decide on Quality topics across all hubs and between Customer Relations Hubs (CRH) and Porsche AG (PAG).
  • Lead Quality Analysts, ensure communication, identify improvement areas, and oversee operational QA tasks.
  • Define and monitor communication and quality processes.
  • Develop CRH Quality Strategy & Concept in alignment with PAG.
  • Implement innovation and technology-driven efficiencies.
  • Facilitate information exchange between Training & Quality Leads.
  • Establish quality reporting standards, KPIs, and improvement metrics.
  • Support operational quality evaluations, such as customer expert assessments.

**Qualifications:**

  • Experienced analyst with a strong background in international quality roles, ideally within the automotive sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
  • Experience in customer-facing industries, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies; certification (belt) preferred.
  • Strategic thinking and conceptual skills.
  • Global mindset, team-oriented, open, empathetic, and assertive personality.
  • Willingness to work in the office 4 days a week.
