A leading ad-technology firm in Munich is looking for a Business Development Manager to own the full business development cycle. This role includes lead generation, negotiation, and managing teams for media buying and publisher partnerships. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in programmatic monetisation, a strong grasp of ad-tech technologies, and excellent communication skills. This position involves attending industry events and presenting to potential partners.

Qualifikationen

  • 4+ years of experience in programmatic monetisation or related ad-tech fields.
  • Strong understanding of JS tag implementation, VAST, header bidding, and OpenRTB technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Own the full business development cycle, including lead generation, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing deals.

Requirements and Responsibilities
  • Own the full business development cycle, including lead generation, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing deals with supply partners
  • Manage teams responsible for media buying and publisher partnerships
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients
  • Attend up to four industry conferences and events annually across France
  • Conduct meetings via Google Hangouts, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other communication platforms with prospective partners
  • Apply effective sales techniques to uncover client needs and match them with relevant solutions
  • Deliver compelling sales and product presentations
  • Manage negotiation processes primarily through email
Skills
  • 4+ years of experience in programmatic monetisation or related ad‑tech fields
  • Strong understanding of JS tag implementation, VAST, header bidding, and OpenRTB technologies
