Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung als Product Owner, Proxy PO oder Requirements Engineer in agilen Softwareprojekten.

Your mission
As aProxy Product Owner (PPO), you are the bridge between our customers and our agile development teams. You take responsibility for the implementation of technical requirements and ensure that our teams always know what needs to be done - and, above all, why. You don't act as an assistant to the product owner, but as a central point of contact in the project team and a driver of pragmatic, agile and value-creating software development.

• Representing or supporting the customer PO - or taking on this role if there is not (yet) one
• Contact person for the dev team: You translate customer wishes into tangible requirements in the form of user stories and ensure clarity in the sprint
• Prioritization & structuring: You structure backlogs and prioritize requirements in a meaningful way so that MVPs or features are delivered quickly
• Agile impulse generator: You bring agile working methods into classic project structures - step by step, pragmatically and effectively
• Technical depth: You familiarize yourself quickly and comprehensively with the domain of your project, can capture and evaluate requirements in depth, recognize potential for improvement and introduce them constructively
• Stakeholder communication: You conduct structured discussions with all of the customer's stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage expectations
• Advise with foresight:You recognize when a project needs additional support and take the appropriate action
• Promote agile working:You help your team and the client to better understand and apply agile principles

What you bring along

• You have experience as a Product Owner, Proxy PO, Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer in agile software projects - preferably with certification
• Scrum/ Kanban and agile software development are in your blood and you apply them pragmatically
• It is easy for you to record, question, clearly structure and translate technical requirements into technical tasks
• You have a good technical understanding of software development and IT architectures so that you can talk to developers on an equal footing, make well-founded decisions and explain interrelationships to stakeholders in an understandable way
• You communicate clearly, empathetically and at eye level - within the team, with customers and all other stakeholders
• You have a keen sense of team dynamics, processes and priorities and act prudently accordingly
• Curiosity drives you - you enjoy familiarizing yourself with new domains and acquiring new knowledge
