As a Project Manager for our ADP Payroll Implementation you will lead one of SIXTs key transformation initiatives across EMEA and North America ensuring seamless processes and alignment across all global stakeholders.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You lead the global ADP payroll implementation roadmap across EMEA and NORAM markets
• You act as the strategic link between Payroll Accounting HRIS IT and external vendors such as ADP and EY
• You manage international stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams and regions
• You drive standardization harmonization and automation of payroll processes in multiple countries
• You monitor project timelines deliverables and dependencies across various markets and workstreams
• You ensure vendor performance and service excellence before during and after go-live

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have proven expertise as a Project Manager in international or regional payroll implementations (ADP GlobalView Celergo or similar systems preferred)
• Knowledge You understand payroll accounting and HR processes in multinational environments
• Leadership You successfully lead cross-functional teams across time zones and cultures
• Collaboration You bring hands‑on experience in vendor and stakeholder management
• Communication You demonstrate excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Language You are fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. German French Spanish) are a plus
