Zusammenfassung

For our client, an international provider for the semiconductor industry, we are looking for a Project Manager Global Job Architecture (f/m/d) in Böblingen.

Your tasks:
  • Development of project charter, roadmap and governance model
  • Definition and implementation of a global job architecture and framework
  • Close collaboration with HR, business leaders and regional stakeholders
  • Strong focus on stakeholder engagement, communication and change management
  • Clear, concise and structured communication in English, adapted to global audiences
  • Risk, dependency and progress management across multiple regions
  • Validation of project outcomes and preparation for executive sign-off
Your profile:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Organizational Development or comparable
  • Strong experience managing global HR or organizational transformation projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and at an appropriate pace in international environments
  • Strong planning, structuring and facilitation skills
  • Experience with change management and transformation initiatives
  • Fluent English required; German or Japanese is a plus
  • Self-driven, structured and comfortable working with senior stakeholders globally
