• Initial experience in IT project management and in leading (multi) projects.
• Business-fluent in German and English, spoken and written.
• Understanding of software, ideally with ERP system experience.
• Structured, reliable and independent working style.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with persuasive skills.
• Strong conceptual and solution-oriented thinking.
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region.

Aufgaben

• Lead the entire software project lifecycle from concept to rollout.
• Define requirements, milestones, and schedules during project planning.
• Keep budget, timelines, and quality in view.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success Managers, and Developers.
• Clarify questions and coordinate software deliveries for customers.
• Present confidently in workshops and meetings.

• Initial experience in IT project management and in leading and managing (multi) projects
• German and English at a business-fluent level (CEFR C1), spoken and written
• Solid understanding of software, ideally complemented by initial experience with an ERP system
• Structured, reliable and independent working style
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to convince others
• Strong solution-oriented and conceptual thinking
• Intercultural competence in dealing with German-speaking customers and willingness to travel occasionally within the DACH region

Your tasks

• You take the lead across the entire software project lifecycle of our FSM and CRM solutions from concept to rollout and coordinate the team
• In project planning, you define requirements, milestones and schedules, prepare project documentation and ensure solid project costing
• You keep budget, timelines and quality in view and maintain an optimal balance
• You work closely with your project team and collaborate across key interfaces with Sales, Customer Success Managers and Developers
• As the main contact for your German-speaking customers, you clarify questions, coordinate software deliveries and verify results against customer requirements
• You present confidently in workshops and meetings and stay calm even in challenging situations
