The Role

As a Project Manager, you will be at the heart of our mission-delivering high-quality, safe, and efficient heavy-duty charging hubs across Europe. You will manage construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Reporting to the Project Lead, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, proactively solve challenges, and drive continuous improvement.

What you will do
  • You will lead the construction and deployment of Milence charging hubs, managing projects within scope, time, and budget.
  • You will oversee the process of acquiring permits and grid connections, ensuring no unnecessary delays.
  • You will select and contract external partners, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, permitting authorities, grid operators, and internal teams.
  • You will identify risks and optimizations early, communicating proactively to keep projects on track.
  • You will uphold Milence's commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability in every project.
What you bring
  • You have experience in project management within construction, infrastructure, or related fields.
  • You have the ability to plan, execute, and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

  • You have an analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on cost-effective, innovative solutions.
  • You have technical knowledge of construction processes, permitting, HSEQ, and grid connections.
  • You have proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and ERP systems.
  • You have a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • You hold a Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, construction, project management, business administration, or equivalent experience.
