The Program Manager Associate provides administrative and operational support within the Student Services and Program Management team. The role is responsible for ensuring the efficient coordination of daily administrative tasks, supporting program-related activities, and managing assigned projects. A key focus of this position is to contribute to a positive and well-organized student experience through reliable administrative support and proactive problem solving.

The Program Manager Associate reports directly to the Team Lead of Program Management and works closely with the Program Manager and other members of the Student Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Support
• Manage and coordinate general administrative tasks within Student Services and Program Management.
• Serve as a point of contact for students regarding administrative inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student services and program activities.
• Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and internal coordination as required.
• Project Management Responsibilities
• Take ownership of assigned operational projects, including the organization and administration of the student laptop loan program.
• Monitor inventory, distribution, tracking, and return processes for loaned equipment.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal procedures related to assigned projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and propose practical solutions.
• Program Management Support
• Provide day-to-day support to the Program Manager in all operational and administrative matters.
• Assist with the coordination of program activities, events, and communications.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal documentation.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with other departments as needed.
