In Mannheim, over 950 colleagues from 36 different countries work together to develop locomotives, as well as signal and propulsion technology for vehicles that are deployed both regionally and worldwide.Our product line Services offers a complete range of solutions to maximise the value of customer assets. Our offerings cover the entire lifecycle of the asset, from design and build, to operation, to end of life. Our product line Digital Services is tasked with developing, delivering and maintaining Alstom's digital solutions for its customers and its teams.

This role of Cybersecurity Program/Project Mananger for Services supports where both domains merge: Ensuring cybersecurity in our products, operations and people! You’ll report to the Cyber Security Platform Manager in Digital Services and work alongside a global, dedicated and enthusiastic team.

We’ll look for you to :

• Analyse Project / Program security needs (including laws and local regulations), determine security objectives and main security risks strategy
• Plan security activities within development life cycle and operations & maintenance life cycle, estimate costs and duration, their impacts related to execution & operation, Identify training needs
• Is responsible for Cost / Quality / Delay of Project / Program Cybersecurity deliverables, as needed per Project / Program context:
  • Cybersecurity context, and Cybersecurity Risk Analysis
  • Cybersecurity Architecture definition and requirement allocation
  • Cascading of requirement to suppliers,Manage Third Parties Risks,
  • Application ofCybersecurity Assurance Level
  • Definition of Cybersecurity Operating Procedures
  • Evaluation of the Project/Program achieved Cybersecurity level
• Provide support during technical design meetings for cybersecurity activities
• Obtain agreement from Project/Program/Customer about on the set of security measures to be implemented
• Manage vulnerabilities and Cybersecurity issues and actions plan
• Manage Program / Project Cybersecurity related communication
• Report on Program / Project Cybersecurity status
• In case of external Cybersecurity audit, manage the relationship with auditors
• Establish lessons learned
• Conduct and support Cybersecurity process development and process improvements
• Deliver Cybersecurity trainings
• Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct.

• University/ Engineer in degree level (Desirable : Cybersecurity certification such as: GICSP, CISSP, GSEC, CISM)
• Experience with direct responsibility for hands on architecture, design, development
• Experience related to Cybersecurity in general, deployment experience of security technologies.
• QCD Management
• Engineering Background
• Knowledge of main Cybersecurity standards and regulations, such as: ISO 2700X, 62443, NIST, NIS, TS 50701
• Knowledge of some Cybersecurity solutions and areas
• Methods of Cybersecurity risk analysis
• Architecture concepts and techniques of systems and networks, operating systems
• Knowledge of the main techniques for evaluating systems security
• Comfortable to work in global team and multi-site environment, fluent in English and willingness for occasional business travels (2-3 times /year)
