You have obtained a doctorate with above-average success and have acquired a post-doctoral lecture qualification (Habilitation) or an equivalent qualification. You are researching in the field of cultural education and inclusion in at least one of the following three areas: movement/dance, art, music. You have demonstrated your research reputation in the field covered by the professorship through continuous (also international) publications in recognized peer-reviewed venues, especially in recent years, and have been successful in the independent acquisition of research-related competitively awarded third-party funding. Participation in national and, ideally, international research networks is expected. Additionally, you have the potential for teaching excellence. Social and leadership skills and the willingness to participate in academic self-administration complete your profile.
