Responsibilities
  • Responsible for retail areas
  • Negotiate with customers to collect monthly installments from customers facing a problem of high arrears by using available technology while adhering to regulatory requirements
  • Provide proactive thinking to utilize internal “tool kit” to assist customer in determining the proper resolution (payment, restructure, voluntary surrender)
  • Provide restructuring agreements to qualified customers
What you bring to the table (Qualifications)
  • Degree in Laws, Business Administration, Economics/Finance or a related field
  • Experience in customer services
  • Proficiency in English
  • Expert level in MS-Office (esp. Excel & PowerPoint)
