You are a nursing expert and you already have obtained a professional qualification in your home country whilst contributing to health and nursing care? Alternatively, do you know someone abroad with a professional qualification in health and nursing care who would like to come to Germany and work here?

Tasks
  • Assisting in the assessment and determination of nursing needs and caring for patients on the ward
  • Participating in nursing rounds and supporting colleagues
  • Documenting the nursing process and assisting with material supply
  • Providing direct patient care
  • Contributing to the development of nursing processes and ward procedures
Profile
  • Completed nursing education obtained abroad
  • Recognition notice from the Bavarian State Office for Nursing
  • German language skills at a minimum of level B1, with a willingness to continuously improve your language proficiency
  • Enthusiasm and strong motivation to work in our team and support our patients
  • Friendliness, a sense of responsibility, and professionalism
  • Good interpersonal skills in dealing with patients
  • High willingness to learn
  • Motivation and discipline to complete the recognition process promptly
