Job Description Summary

Join Our Team as a Product Owner (m / f / d)

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Product Owner (m / f / d) to join our team and drive the development and success of our innovative software-as-a-medical-device (SaMD) products. As a Product Owner (m / f / d) you will play a pivotal role in turning product vision into reality collaborating with cross‑functional teams and ensuring customer needs are met while achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transform the high-level vision of the Product Manager into actionable detailed product requirements.
  • Lead the conception, requirements management and planning of product design ensuring the implementation of core program goals using agile software development methods.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with agile development teams and product management to deliver high‑quality solutions.
  • Analyze and define complex product requirements in cooperation with customers, product management and the regions.
  • Support and mentor development teams in implementing new product features and improvements.
  • Manage, prioritize, plan and align the product backlog to meet evolving business needs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and build strong partnerships with customers as required.
  • Ensure that product development investments align with customer needs and meet ROI targets set by Product Management.
  • Expand collaboration beyond the Product Manager including working with AI / ML solution providers, Data Architects and Data Privacy & Security experts as relevant.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors or advanced degree in computer science, medical technology or a related field or equivalent education.
  • Several extended years of hands‑on experience with modern agile software development ideally in a regulated medical environment.
  • Basic understanding of product management principles.
  • Foundational knowledge of at least one programming language.
  • Familiarity with common operating systems, distributed applications and networks, client‑server systems and databases. AI and cloud experience would be desirable.
