Product Owner (m/f/d) – Network Operations

Place: Germany remote

Type: Full-Time

Level: Mid-Senior

You will make an impact in the following way:
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, managing changes and assuring transparency of backlog items and their strategic priorities
  • Team Inspiration and Engagement - Foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence within a complex industrial technology domain
  • Set and clearly communicate product goals, increment objectives, and sprint target
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from R&D, Product Management, Industrial Solutions, Support and Services, Finance and Controlling, and key industrial customers to make product-wide prioritization decisions that balance technical innovation with operational reliability
  • Drive the product vision for unified visibility and control across heterogeneous industrial network environments, from legacy systems to greenfield deployments
  • Ensure product roadmap alignment with industrial standards, compliance requirements, and emerging technologies in the industrial space
What you will bring:
  • Education– B.Sc./M.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related technical disciplines
  • Experience– 10+ years of professional experience in software product development, 5+ years as a Product Owner, preferably in industrial technology, networking, or infrastructure software
  • Knowledge & skills– Industrial networking, network operations, and/or industrial IoT ecosystems, with understanding of both IT and OT network convergence challenges; agile methodologies and Scrum framework, with experience applying these practices in complex technical product development environments; knowledge of cloud, SaaS, on-prem, and hybrid deployment models for industrial applications is strongly preferred
  • Personality– Curious and quick-learning professional with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to translate complex technical concepts effectively across diverse audiences in a fast-evolving industrial technology landscape
  • Language proficiency– Fluency in English and, ideally, German
