As our Product Innovation Manager youll lead the charge on turning bold concepts into tangible impact. From idea to MVP prototype to pilot youll own the full innovation lifecycle identifying opportunities validating customer needs and transforming data-driven insights into real-world solutions.

Youll collaborate closely with product engineering data and design teams to bring new ideas to life and define what the next generation of Rabot products looks like.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end product innovation cycles from idea generation and validation to prototype development and pilot launches.
• Collaborate with engineering data and design teams to explore new technologiesand bring ideas to market quickly.
• Use data and experimentation to evaluate new concepts ensuring they meet customer needs and market potential.
• Establish and continuously refine innovation processes frameworks and metrics to track impact.
• Manage MVP and pilot projects defining success criteria and translating learnings into scalable product opportunities.
• Partner with marketing and product teams to shape compelling product narratives and go-to-market messaging.
• Stay ahead of market trends emerging technologies and competitor activity identifying new growth opportunities.
• Report directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) helping to shape Rabots overall product innovation strategy.

What You Bring

Must-Have Experience

• Proven experience in product management or product innovation with a strong understanding of the full product lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to lead discovery and delivery phases balancing speed and rigor.
• Skilled at building MVPs managing pilots and iterating quickly based on feedback and data.
• Strong analytical mindset you use metrics research and experimentation to make decisions.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills you bring together engineers designers and business stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in defining and tracking KPIs and success metrics for new product initiatives.
• Fluency in German (C1) and English (C1) for seamless collaboration across teams and partners.

Nice-to-Haves

• Background in energy mobility or sustainability tech.
• Experience with innovation frameworks (Startup Design Thinking).
• Familiarity with R&D prototyping tools or rapid experimentation environments.
