Ready to drive innovation in the world's leading mobility company Join Team Orange as Product Expert (m / w / d) B2B External Booking Channels and help optimize and accelerate our B2B third‑party booking channels which represent a significant portion of SIXT's global B2B bookings.

In this strategic cross‑functional role you act as the primary commercial and functional interface between SIXT and our external booking partners working closely with our Technical Product Team for B2B External Booking Channels while supporting global and key account customers with comprehensive product and integration expertise. Internally you collaborate with our sales organization and particularly our technical experts.

By bridging commercial and technical perspectives you help shape strong customer relationships, provide guidance on integration and connectivity topics, identify growth opportunities and drive continuous improvements across our partner ecosystem. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
  • You develop and maintain strategic relationships with key TMS, OBE and GDS partners to strengthen SIXT's competitive positioning.
  • You provide expert consultation to the sales team during customer meetings, offering both sales‑oriented guidance and technical expertise on integration and third‑party solutions, ensuring all technical solution proposals are aligned with and validated by our Technical Product Owner.
  • You collect customer requirements, translate them into roadmap programmes and coordinate with the Technical Product Owner to define scope, feasibility and prioritisation for third‑party developments and system enhancements.
  • You identify opportunities to transition customers to direct‑connect solutions, optimising costs and operational efficiency.
  • You ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers and optimise configuration setups for existing clients in booking systems.
  • You work cross‑functionally as the key link between internal Tech / Support Teams, external partners and SIXT Sales, combining strong sales literacy with deep technical understanding to accelerate onboarding and enhance customer satisfaction.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
  • Experience: Solid experience in B2B partner management, account/implementation management and/or business development within the travel or technology sector.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to translate complex customer needs into actionable business and product requirements.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, confident supporting sales meetings and customer consultations, acting as a key link between Technical Support, Sales and customers to ensure seamless collaboration and solution delivery.
  • Tools / Systems: Proven working knowledge of travel management systems, online booking engines, GDS platforms or similar booking technologies.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strategic thinking about partnership development and the ability to identify revenue‑growth opportunities.
  • Assertiveness: Strong persistence to advance partner requirements while providing constructive and confident guidance to internal sales stakeholders, ensuring balanced and sustainable decision‑making.
