A fast-growing international company is strengthening its procurement organisation and is searching for a Procurement Manager IT to take ownership of strategic technology sourcing and drive high-impact initiatives across its German operations.

This is a key role within a modern, innovation-driven environment where you will directly influence IT supplier strategy, digital transformation, and long-term value creation.

Your responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities for IT categories such as software, infrastructure, cloud services, and managed services
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies that support business growth and future-proof the organisation’s IT landscape
• Own supplier selection, negotiations, RFx processes, and contract lifecycle management
• Act as a strategic advisor for internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with IT roadmaps and global procurement guidelines
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships while driving performance, compliance, and continuous improvement
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, process automation, and innovation within IT procurement
• Support digitalisation initiatives and contribute to group-wide transformation projects

Your profile :

• 4–7 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management with a focus on IT categories
• Strong negotiation capabilities and experience managing complex supplier landscapes
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at different levels
• Fluency in German and English (both required)
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with a passion for technology and optimisation
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT Management, or a related discipline
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany and the EU
