If you enjoy coordinating across teams, handling complex administrative workflows and taking ownership of a broad responsibility portfolio, this role offers a next step in a dynamic international environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the entire supply chain process for our deliveries in accordance with the six R's rule.
  • You are the external contact person for our suppliers and logistics service providers and the internal contact person for our international construction sites with regard to supply chain‑related issues.
  • You will obtain quotations, compare them and then negotiate prices.
  • You will independently place supplier orders via SAP and coordinate and monitor these deliveries. You will also be responsible for goods receipt and export in cooperation with the logistics service provider. Furthermore, you will be responsible for invoice control and handling any complaints.
  • In addition to your operational tasks, you will identify system and process weaknesses and develop proposals for their optimisation along the supply chain.
  • You will be significantly involved in the strategy development of the purchasing area and will be responsible for its implementation.
  • You will be responsible for establishing and developing the supplier portfolio.
  • Your tasks will also include supporting the integration of new items into the product range as well as price and item maintenance.

Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed commercial training or a degree in industrial engineering, business administration, supply chain management (SCM) or have a similar qualification.
  • You have initial professional experience in SCM, purchasing, logistics or a related field, ideally in the construction industry.
  • You are interested in purchasing and willing to successfully conclude negotiations.
  • You enjoy solving problems and are happy to familiarise yourself with new topics and tools in order to optimise and secure our supply chain.
  • You have an independent, responsible and structured way of working and think in a process‑oriented manner.
  • You have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as teamwork and social skills.
  • You are friendly and confident in your interactions with suppliers.
  • You have very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP MM.
  • Your German and English skills are very good.
  • You are flexible and willing to travel occasionally.
