Position: Process Engineer (m/f/d) - Advanced Engineering

Responsibilities

• Evaluation of existing suppliers and solutions on the market (focus on automation)
• Benchmarking
• Defining a list of potential suppliers for cooperation
• Definition of potential areas for automation and improvement
• Creating case studies / business cases
• Defining off-the-shelf equipment for test
• Coordinating time schedules for equipment testing
• Creating final test reports
• Creating technical specifications of new devices or/and systems
• Creating technical documentation
• Preparing projects to be handed over to ME and Production
• Supporting first-time plant implementation

Qualifications

• Good written and spoken German and English language skills
• Knowledge of harness production and processes is a plus
• Knowledge and experience in designing automation processes
• Excellent ability to create technical specifications
• Skills to technically communicate with suppliers
• Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards and requirements
• Analytical and presentation skills
• Leadership skills considered an advantage
• Readiness for business trips
