About the Role

At Talon.One, the Product Marketing team owns the full go-to-market motion for new products, defining and driving product positioning in the market while building and maintaining GTM playbooks that guide teams in executing key themes and initiatives. You will be a key member of our dynamic 25-person global Marketing team at Talon.One, dedicated to building a leading brand and driving growth. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you will collaborate closely with both external departments like R&D, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Sales as well as your peer Marketing teams including Enablement, Demand Generation, Customer, Content, Brand, and Partner Marketing. This role will in particular focus on technical product marketing, building a deep understanding of our product’s technical capabilities to bring effective positioning to market. This is a full-time role based in Berlin, Germany.

Once You Are Here You Will
  • Develop frameworks that refine how we communicate the value of promotions and loyalty to technical, marketing, and executive audiences
  • Partner closely with the R&D team to deeply understand product capabilities and translate complex features into clear, compelling messaging
  • Use customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to influence product direction and inform roadmap priorities
  • Lead the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) process for new product launches — from positioning and messaging to launch execution and post-launch adoption
  • Build GTM playbooks that align Sales and Marketing around key initiatives, including campaign launches, cross-sell motions, new partnerships, and vertical strategies
  • Create high-impact materials for Sales and Marketing teams such as value propositions, sales decks, industry narratives, and interactive demos
  • Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to design pricing and packaging strategies that reflect customer needs and market dynamics
What We Need You To Bring To The Table
  • 7+ years experience in SaaS product marketing, ideally in a related field (enterprise B2B in marketing, engagement, and retail tech)
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical features into benefits for a wide audience
  • Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders from sales, marketing, and product
  • The ability to understand and identify market trends, competitor actions, and user needs across multiple segments
  • A keen sense of how to leverage AI to work smarter, from research and competitive analysis to campaign ideation and content creation
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
