ABOUT THE TEAM - Public & Energy
Business Transformation & Architecture (BT&A) is the management and architecture consulting unit within SAP Customer Services & Delivery board area, assisting customers to benefit from technology and digitalization in their businesses. We are committed to ideate business innovations, develop solutions and to turn novel ideas into business results. Our mission is to enhance technical implementations to business transformations with sustainable impact.

Within BT&A, our regional SAP Enterprise Architects – RISE team plays a crucial role in supporting industry-specific transformation journeys. In the public sector, digitalization means more than efficiency—it enables governments to increase transparency, empower citizens, and improve service delivery while meeting regulatory, data sovereignty, and social responsibility requirements. In the utilities sector, transformation is key to achieving sustainability goals, regulatory compliance, and operational modernization.
