What will you do?

As a Principal ERP Consultant with a specialization in Odoo, you will play a key role in delivering digital transformation projects. This position requires strong autonomy, leadership in managing client relationships end-to-end, and strategic oversight of Odoo-based ERP implementations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analysis & scoping : Lead client meetings, assess business needs, analyze existing systems, and identify areas for optimization.
• Estimation & planning : Evaluate project workload, develop commercial proposals in collaboration with technical and sales teams.
• Requirements translation : Convert business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
• Project delivery & support : Ensure successful project execution, maintain long-term client relationships, and provide post-go-live support.
• Team coordination : Collaborate closely with internal and / or external functional and technical teams, acting as a senior advisor and reference point.

• at least 5 years of proven experience implementing Odoo ERP solutions;
• knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies;
• Odoo certification (v16, 17, or 18);
• solid knowledge of core business processes (finance, supply chain, sales, CRM, etc.);
• excellent analytical skills and the ability to understand complex business needs;
• autonomous, responsible, and outstanding interpersonal skills;
• experience in project management and leading functional workshops;
• fluent in French and English. German and / or Luxembourgish would be an asset;
