For the introduction of a newly developed and AI‑driven legal tech product, we are looking for a tech‑savvyPricing Manager (m/w/d) for the German market, who is familiar with SaaS products and their respective pricing.In this role, you’ll lead the development of pricing models for SaaS‑based legal services and support firm‑wide initiatives that drive digital transformation and revenue growth.
We are also looking to fill this role in Munich, Hamburg or Frankfurt.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies for SaaS and subscription‑based legal tech offerings
  • Collaborate with Legal Tech, Finance, and Practice Groups to monetize digital services and create scalable pricing frameworks
  • Design AI‑driven and usage‑based pricing models for disaggregated legal services
  • Support client RFPs with tech‑enhanced pricing proposals and value‑based pricing logic
  • Build dynamic pricing tools and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to visualize performance and adoption
  • Lead workshops to upskill internal teams on pricing innovation and digital service monetization
  • Analyze post‑matter data to refine pricing strategies and improve ROI tracking
Your Profile
  • Proven experience in pricing SaaS or digital products, ideally in professional services or tech environments
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel, financial modeling, pricing algorithms)
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and digital transformation
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to engage cross‑functional stakeholders
